We’ve always provided onsite IT support to relieve our customers burden of unhooking equipment or doing complicated tasks over the phone or through remote sessions. But it’s not to say we don’t have those services. We utilize remote services where it makes sense in order to provide expedited and faster support.

Remote Support

Online Tech Support is available from ComTech to local area businesses and residents of the Four State area. We provide Remote Support Services for a variety of devices. Whether you need assistance with email, software setup, virus removal, or a printer install, we can assist you with remote services. Customers that prefer remote services are required to pay online prior to the remote session. Established customers will be billed via mail or email once services are completed. The process is simple. Just call, email, or text us. We’ll confirm payment and schedule your remote session with a convenient time and date for both parties.
